Ripe Pure Squeezed San Marzano Bloody Mary Mixer
The mixologists that make RIPE believe hat a killer Bloody is about the tomatoes and not the spices, so we scoured the globe to find a light tasting tomato with absolutely no additives. Our quest ended in the San Marzano Region in central Italy, where local growers are producing insane tasting tomatoes. The tomatoes are milled and strained to remove all seeds and skins, leaving a smooth and light tomato puree. Then we add fresh pressed celery juice, fresh squeezed California lemon juice, and fresh horseradish for zest and depth of flavor!
